Shipping

  1. Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 – 48 hours after receiving the order.

  2. Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1 – 2 business days 

  3. For international shipping of certain items, we are not responsible for ensuring safe delivery, as this depends on customs regulations and restrictions in the destination country

  1. Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition and unused.

  2. The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

  3. Returns are not accepted for special orders or spare parts that have already been installed.

  4. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or if a wrong product was delivered, the customer is entitled to a replacement or full refund

  1. All new electronic products come with a 3-month warranty starting from the date of receipt.the warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of the invoice

  2. The warranty is valid only within the UAE.

  3. Warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

  1. Our products are automotive spare parts and must be installed by professionals to avoid any issues.
